» How does the online booking procedure work?
Simply visit our online booking page and follow the simple instructions. A credit card is required to reserve a room but no charge will be made at the time of booking.
» When will I be charged?
Guests pay upon checking out of the hotel at the end of their stay.
» How do I know my room is reserved?
You’ll receive a confirmation of your reservation by email a few moments after booking.
» What if I don’t show up?
If you don’t show up or if your fail to cancel more than 48 hours before your stay is due to commence, we’ll then activate a hold on your card equal to the price of the first night of your booking.
» What if you don’t have any rooms available?
Our online system knows exactly how many rooms we have available - if the hotel is full then you won’t be able to book.
» What’s the policy on children?
We love children here at our family 4 star Milan hotel. If they’re small enough to sleep in a crib (i.e.under three years old) then they can sleep with the parents free of charge. However, if they require a bed, then a triple or family room should be booked.
» Can you book us tickets for concerts, football matches and the like?
